| Summary: | Besides the advancement of digitalization and the increasing use of crypto assets, several issues emerge in our daily lives that may appear surprising at first, but when analyzed in detail, do not seem impossible to implement in practice. This paper explores the creation of a regulatory framework which allows for remuneration for work in crypto assets. The topic is multilayered. On the one hand, it involves the consideration of not only national legislation, but also the relevant international and EU law. This is to identify the various solutions for different solutions that can be used for the various forms of remuneration in crypto assets, to identify solutions that the current regulatory framework allows, and to determine which aspects should be taken into account in a new regulatory environment in light of technological developments.
