In accordance with the AVMS Directive, the new Hungarian media regulations contain provisions for all (linear and non-linear) media services and for all types of press products (printed and internet press). This essay provides a comprehensive analysis and explanation of the elements of the definitions given for the two basic categories (media services and press products), since these elements play key role in the understanding of the whole system of regulations. | |
