Tartalmi kivonat:Concerning children's rights our social relations are characterized by a kind of two-faced attitude, which is rooted in the inability of our age to define the very nature, the essence of childhood. On the one hand childhood is made a high priority in international and national legal systems on the other hand children's rights are heavily violated in many respects. In the present study we intend to point out that contrary to mainstream bioethical views, a child is an unmitigated human person just like an adult, while at the same time he has original and special rights in respect of family relationships. But in this case family itself should be considered as a system of family relationships and goods.
